The newest version of the Douk Audio U2 is a USB to Toslink optical and coaxial converter that can bring a better listening experience than a PC's own sound card. It adopts the digital interface of the XMOS XU208 chip solution, with 1000MIPS random access memory, much higher than the previous U8 model (500MIPS). This solution is more stable than the Italian Amanero solution and supports coaxial DSD DOP output.

The U2 features a USB Type-C input and Toslink optical/coaxial output (supporting simultaneous output). It supports 44.1K-192KHz/16-24Bit sampling rates and DSD64 (DOP), providing better signal processing for higher sound quality and a Hi-Fi listening experience. The use of gold-plated coaxial interfaces reduces internal resistance and ensures more reliable data transmission.

Powered by USB, the U2 is very convenient to carry and use anytime, anywhere. Its mini size and exquisite black and red aluminum casing give it a cute and fashionable look, making it suitable for desktop digital player use.

The U2 is compatible with a wide range of devices, including PC computers, notebooks, Android phones (with OTG function), set-top boxes, Rock 64, and Raspberry Pi. It can be used with 32/64-bit Windows 7, 8, and 10 systems (with driver installation), macOS 10.6 and above (no driver needed), and Linux with a UAC2-compliant kernel (using the system's own driver).
